There is the history of approximately 200 years for the brewing.
It is old and it has been said "Good wine makes good blood", but thinks that it is the word that I want to value now of the high information-oriented society more.
In addition, "the liquor is said to be bloom of the culture", and the local brew would like to be the local bloom.
I make use of local rice and water in a password, and "hatsumomiji" acts as excellent sake of bloom, the native district of Shunan to take in climate of Shunan on quality and a label.
The Shunan district faces the quiet sea of the Seto Inland Sea, and, in the north, seafood, the mountain products enhance taste of the local brew remarkably close to Shimane.
I would like to be devoted as a mission in sending this happiness to all of you.
It should be a greeting while praying for excellent sake "hatsumomiji" of bloom, the native district of Shunan being able to help it for your health and days with the moisture
